Your Treatment Records (if applicable)

We record and store information relevant to your treatment including your GP’s details in accordance with the guidelines of the Institute of Pranic Healing (UK). This information is recorded and stored to ensure the most appropriate treatment and as a record of the treatment provided. We collect some of this this information from you when your treatment commences and record further information as your treatment progresses.

At the start of your treatment we will request and record your consent to the storage of this information.

The lawful reason that we use to process this data is Consent.

Because ‘special category’ information is included within this processing, we have selected an additional category for processing the data according to Article 9 of the GDPR.  The data subject gives us explicit consent for the processing of the personal data for this specific purpose.

We only store treatment information which has been obtained directly from you or results directly from the treatment you have received.

Treatment information we collect and store is not transferred to any third party.

We will store your treatment information for a minimum of 6 years and for no longer than 10 years after your final treatment finishes.
